New Technical Analyzes 2024
As in previous years, we once again made all interested parties aware of the chemical and sensory analyzes carried out on our olive oils that we produced during the 2023/2024 campaign.
It is with great satisfaction that we share the news that our olive oils once again have an acidity of less than 0.2 and very low levels of peroxides. Once again, we demonstrate our commitment to producing healthy, high-quality products.
